Just a thought you will probably not find a pro flash designer for a hosting plan as they are paid around 100 - 200 an hour or so.

Yeah, pro flash designer won't (or shouldn't) work for hosting... you get what you pay for (no matter what they tell you).

wouldn't a professional designer have his/her own site, and therefore already have hosting? i know i do.
