Hey, I’d like to know, is it better to use somebody local for logos design? I mean I have checked offers and seen some good stuff by people in Europe and South America and they seem pretty good, but can they get the grasp of what works here in the US?

I'd get logos done by someone online with a portfolio of his previous logos.
I wouldn't necessarily get it locally because most people don't have great skills to create your logo.

I agree with paul...Unless you know someone specifically, it's best to go online with it. ONLY; however, if that person has a portfolio. Beware of those without as you never know what you'll get.

There is no need to deal with someone local, when you are dealing with digital content. You can work with someone online assess their capabilities based on their portfolios rather than their neighborhood.

Thank you very much for your input, it seems very reasonable to look at previous jobs before choosing, my business will be limited to a local market (at least at the beginning) , so that’s what I didn’t know. Thanks a lot.

Hi, well I think that it doesn't matter the location of your enterprise, the most important is to have good offers and creative ideas, and if they have that, let them do it for you. I suppose that they know about it, and have creative solutions, and have studied a lot all markets, or something like that. Greetings!
