Hi! 9cy.co used to be the best free space provider before it was sold to 0catch.com. That is not just my opinion, but almost everyone at freewebspace.net thought so. They also have paid plans, which can be found http://www.9cy.net/main.phtml I am already more than a happy customer of Dixiesys, but a friend is looking for hosting, too, so I was wondering whether anyone has ever tried this host.

My private/hobby site is hosted there.
The server is fast (I have a gallery for users there) and they give good support. You can ask for custom made plans.
I don't think you will regret if you choose 9cy.net.
