I was browsing through this forum and suddenly I got a question on my mind that I would like to hear opinions on. I was just curious that considering the fact that there are virtually thousands of web hosts out there, there's got to be something that attracts the customer to one host rather than the other.

So, the question is:

What makes your company different than everybody elses? What do you offer that no one else does?

And I would also love it to hear it from the customer's point of view. If you see two web hosts with similar plans and similar "pomises and guarantees", what makes you pick one over the other?
