It looks like Paypal's Website Payment Pro may be a good one stop place to get everything set up. Does anyone have experience with this? It is very good and simple which for PayPal is a bit rare some times but they have made it work well and a lot cheaper than going to your bank. They won't disable the PayPal option, so if you have a stupid customer and they pay with PayPal via 2checkout - you get hit with PayPal AND 2checkout's fees! I signed up sometime last year and within minutes of activating their payment services on my website, I had 3 customers (within 15 minutes) use their PayPal account to pay via 2checkout. But, it's a bit pricy compared to others. You may want to take a look at CDG Commerce and Authorize.net also.
