I know it has support for the echo gateway, but I don't use Echo, so I'm not sure if it will do exactly what you need. Anyway, check them out, they are good! www.modernbill.com salvatore3 09-18-2002, 11:08 PM thank you very much, i will look into them, sal akashik 09-19-2002, 03:48 AM go for modernbill. We looked at DreamCost and found their e-mail replies to be very slow, and avoided the core of our concerns regarding security of the script. Pretty much a case of ignore the question and wait for the sale. We've heard of people who did buy it and found support severely lacking. Greg Moore insiderhosting 09-19-2002, 02:00 PM Dreamcost is horrible when i purchased the product a while ago, it didn't even work. I sent numerous emails to the developer that were unanswered. I cannot say if their support has dramatically increased, but it could not have gotten any worse. We have Modernbill now and we couldn't be happier. -Steven salvatore3 09-19-2002, 02:17 PM thank you very much for your responses. i really appreciate them. i think this is great how we can all help out each other like this. i am definately leaning towards modernbill now. thanks again, sal phpcoder 09-19-2002, 03:32 PM I don't like Modernbill that much, although it is much better than the others. However when v4 is released within a week or so it will kick @$$ :D sebek 09-20-2002, 09:20 AM Modern Bill blows dreamcost away. They are working on version 4 that will integrate into Plesk, possibly CPanel, etc... Have a look. Shannon T. Cox http://www.argonhosting.com Smart Internet Solutions superiorhost 09-22-2002, 01:36 AM Hi, if you are using Cpanel... the best billing software, and I have tried almost all of them,,, The best is here: http://webhostingbilling.com It is truly the best out of the 15 to 20 we have tried over the years. Automation... you got it... reseller automation also!!! It isn't cheap, but it is more than awsome. We got it when it was new, and paid 3 times the cost it is now. It was well worth the higher price. Tim L. icehosting 09-25-2002, 05:38 PM You can check also the phpmanager or the nixt universal2001 09-26-2002, 12:32 AM i agree with superiorhost in terms of automation, you can go past the ease and power of webhostingbilling.com dreamcost 04-04-2003, 11:41 AM Originally posted by insiderhosting Dreamcost is horrible when i purchased the product a while ago, it didn't even work. G gumppy 04-05-2003, 11:18 AM Tony Landis, This is horrible... I'm not sure it's useful or not but I personally think your post is useless. I myself had bad experience with company (Cydock) with this kind of services and will not get near to any in future I guess. I really (I guess I'm not alone) hate those company which just ignore client's email. Why they setup a business and collect then just ignore the client's request or even unable to deliver a complete/working products. Terrible....!!! Regards, Gump OctaneDesign 04-05-2003, 11:38 AM i was going to buy dream account, but now im not so sure... things usually dont get any better with a company. partang2 04-05-2003, 01:47 PM Go over to www.isptek.com and read there.... Kiaska 04-05-2003, 01:48 PM I was looking at HostAdmin for a possible purchase in a few months or so but no thanks... Please contact me and I will issue you a refund at once, if you have not already been refunded. I am not sure what you mean by "he removes his web site so now you can't get to his forum anymore", as our website has not moved. If you mean that you cannot log into the members forum area, then this is due to some data loss we had in February. I will gladly restore your forum access if you contact me with your account details. The only time we delete access intentionally is in the event of credit card fraud, so I am sure your account was not deleted intentionally. Please provide me with your account details and I will satisfy your demands at once. Thank you! hoster 04-08-2003, 07:40 AM Tony, this is not Dreamcost we are talking about but CYDOCK. -Richard Originally posted by hoster And his so called refund, there is non I have been waiting over 1 1/2 months still nothing, we are going to the card company to get after him.
