not spammy at all. i started off on the wrong foot and i need automation desperately. ive been searching and searching. i have the cpanel5 and whm, so i guess i'll just use phpmanager, but i like the recurring billing option in dreamcost, thats all, thanks, sal
ps. ive been searching for months and have never seen that product, so i thought is was new.
if anybody knows of a recurring billing option for the echo merchant i would appreciate a response, thanks again

If you've been searching for months, you've probably heard of modernbill. I know it has support for the echo gateway, but I don't use Echo, so I'm not sure if it will do exactly what you need.

go for modernbill. We looked at DreamCost and found their e-mail replies to be very slow, and avoided the core of our concerns regarding security of the script. Pretty much a case of ignore the question and wait for the sale.

We've heard of people who did buy it and found support severely lacking.

Dreamcost is horrible when i purchased the product a while ago, it didn't even work. I sent numerous emails to the developer that were unanswered. I cannot say if their support has dramatically increased, but it could not have gotten any worse.

We have Modernbill now and we couldn't be happier.

I don't like Modernbill that much, although it is much better than the others. However when v4 is released within a week or so it will kick @$$ :D

Modern Bill blows dreamcost away. They are working on version 4 that will integrate into Plesk, possibly CPanel, etc...

It is truly the best out of the 15 to 20 we have tried over the years. Automation... you got it... reseller automation also!!!

It isn't cheap, but it is more than awsome. We got it when it was new, and paid 3 times the cost it is now. It was well worth the higher price.

I myself had bad experience with company (Cydock) with this kind of services and will not get near to any in future I guess.

I really (I guess I'm not alone) hate those company which just ignore client's email. Why they setup a business and collect then just ignore the client's request or even unable to deliver a complete/working products. :angry:

I was looking at HostAdmin for a possible purchase in a few months or so but no thanks... I think I've heard enough bad about this product and enough good about ModernBill :)

And his so called refund, there is non I have been waiting over 1 1/2 months still nothing, we are going to the card company to get after him.

Now he removes his web site so now you can't get to his fourm anymore.

I am not sure what you mean by "he removes his web site so now you can't get to his forum anymore", as our website has not moved.

If you mean that you cannot log into the members forum area, then this is due to some data loss we had in February. I will gladly restore your forum access if you contact me with your account details. The only time we delete access intentionally is in the event of credit card fraud, so I am sure your account was not deleted intentionally.
