I was going to suggest colobrokers.com but they are now peer1.net.

FWIW, bc.net is the original network formed to carry traffic for BC's universities. It is currently centered in SFU's Harbor center campus.

While they don't seem to list colocation among the services they provide, I know that they do offer it.
