I've found a company that offers a very nice Help Desk program for free! Problem: Only works on NT :p. He has a little "Wish List" thing that has 9 changes that anyone can vote for. It's here:

I'm glad you like the software. I've got a lot of changes coming in the next version which is probably a few weeks out. Afterwards, the next two big projects will be a Linux/Chilisoft port (sorry, no PHP) and along with multi-language support. If someone wants to work on the Linux version, go right ahead...although you may want to wait for 0.95.

obscure, asp2php should be able to handle it.

The code is very obscure! It does a lot of DB queries that just don't work in PHP, and asp2php can't handle those kind of things.
