You can find many good live chat / support systems out there.
I'm not sure if you are looking for free scripts ?!
Below are not free, but also don't cost that much

A client of ours recently referred us to a program called LiveZilla. It's very nice and it's also very free. We switched from ProvideSupport and haven't looked back. ProvideSupport was a great application but it's expensive once you add operators. I'd give LZ a shot:)

LiveZilla will give you some HTML code. You'll have to paste that into your sites coding to see the Live Chat button.
All the best,

LiveZilla seems to be popular recently, you might want to give'em a try.

Kayako is another good option to keep in mind (although it is not free);

We're using craftysyntax - you might want to visit their site. It's a free source code.

Liveperson hands down if you can afford it. A premium product at a premium price :)

Goodluck with LiveZilla. We use boldchat. CoffeeCup (http://www.coffeecup.com/live-chat/) softwear has a nifty live-chat wigit that costs $34, one time activation fee.
