Toeki 01-24-2009, 12:40 PM I don't think you'll be able to beat the big guys.
I would suggest you use pool or snapnames if you really want the domains.
dreamcodedesign 01-24-2009, 02:28 PM I would suggest using GoDaddy's backorder service. It will automatically purchase the domain when it drops. As far as what time it drops during the day, that is unknown.
All the best,
Dr-SeMSeM 01-24-2009, 09:08 PM the big guy not start as a big guy :D
start from Zero point ;)
if they depend on manual registration , i think ill be able to challenge and may be win ,
in general its normal domain not excellent , form of 9 charcters ,
also pool not cheap , 60 $ .
GCM , all people said that godaddy always failed in backorder except the dropped from godaddy .
also if the hunting depend on manual registration , i think may i can do it :)

When I used it, it worked fine... But, that was a few years ago. I guess things have changed.

No, it's not possible.

The expired domain sector has grown FAR from that infant stage, so don't even think about it. Moreover, $60 is really not that much for an expired domain.
If you want these domains it would be best to backorder them at SnapNames.
Godaddy have no priority on their domains when they go into pending delete status.
So. Your best bet is to either backorder them or wait until they drop and register them. The latter would seem to be not a reliable as the former.
Dr-SeMSeM 01-25-2009, 11:50 AM thanks for all advances ,
if it catched from pool or snabnames ,
can i buy it later from them with 60 $ or will be increased ?
also i have domain catched before and dropped after 1 year ,
so i register it again .
but i want to know why i find it in pool & not found on snabnames ?
does it related to the registrar or what ?
thanks again for advance :)
SnapNames is a better catcher than Pool. No you can't buy it later because they (mostly) only catch domains with a backorder on it. So it means somebody else has bought it. For more info. Read my backordering tutorial http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=477474
Dr-SeMSeM 01-25-2009, 06:01 PM so , how to know if this domain have backorder ?
