MANAGED VPS HOSTING NODES
A managed VPS node works in a simular way to a VPS Reseller. It provides you with a simple and easy to use turnkey solution to offer your own VPS services; without having to worry about the administration behind it. You can create a VPS in minutes using the controls available to you in the HyperVM web interface.
As with any Dedicated Server we are responsible for maintaining the Hardware and Network. However with a managed node we also manage the Kernel, Xen itself, HyperVM and all the technical bits and bobs. We also provide you with a set of maintained operating system images, of CentOS, Fedora, Debian and Gentoo Linux. We do not however create VPS for you.
Note: This does not include end-user support. Therefore if you offer managed VPS, it's upto you to support them.

Our IP Transit in BlueSquare is provided by UKServers who operate a BGP4 routed network, from two graphically diverse Juniper M7i routers located in Telehouse East and Telecity Redbus Meridian Gate in London. (AS3241).

let me know there is any hardware replacement guarantee ? like SLA

perhaps you are reselling a2b2 servers ?

Yes our Servers are hosted in A2B2's facility however all server management and such is done by our own techs based in the UK with 4+ years experience.
We provide a 99.9% SLA against network. There is no SLA on hardware replacements. Hardware failure is rare however, and it's unlikely to be any more than a few hours.
