I came across most of resellers here and found out some of them have IPs and some don't. Do you have one (the best one) in your mind?

Most reseller accounts will come with an IP for the main domain [also ns1 IP] and then another IP for your ns2 nameserver, if you chose personalised nameservers....

If you need more IPs, then your hosting supplier could give/sell them to you. You only really need dedicated IP for things like SSL etc...

*most* resellers give IP's per plan depending on the plan usually means how many IP address's that you can get. Simply check out a few of the resellers and see whats "included" as part of the plan.

Pretty much hosts like www.ataraxy.net choose to charge you because as described in their faqs 'we could' but 'we don't, you can buy one for $20 tho', so don't go for them. Quality hosts are the ones that supply IP address'. This is my opinion only tho.
