Building a new site. I need to put in a membership/password/billing software. I need to ortect several directories as they will be several pay sections. I need some pretty decent control over who I allow in, just paying the money doesn't mean they will be allowed. The most important section will be free, but membership only. I also only want to take paypal. I need to know some software and find someone to install it. what cha think?

Thats sounds correct. Maybe a little more than that, but that does sound correct. I run a board, and there is just too much problems being caused from the board so I need to gain control over who reads it. I didn't mention it, but I will also need to ban/restrict IP addresses. Who knew running a civil board could cause so many problems.

It doesn't sound too difficult. I would expect it could be done by modifying the .htaccess through a script.
