While I understand your offer [ From a business perspective ] and think it's a good deal if you don't need any support but... [ From a customer's point of view] Why should someone pay twice the amount of the product for support?

Your getting a deal that is so cheap in terms of billing software that if we were to offer support for something thats only costing you $99.00 (One TIME fee!) then we are the losers in the end

With this special, even though its a 2 day special, we still have to cover costs, and we cant afford to sell something for $99.00 and then have 200+ companies emailing us every day, common sense never killed a cat :)

If you want to puchase WHNBilling with support, then I suggest waiting until after this special is completed, as we normally have have always provided 100% free support with our programs when purchased at normal pricing

I understand your point however when this special is over, you will still be selling support at twice the cost of the product (proven by the fact that you charge $199 for support for the special if you need it). [ From a customer's point of view ] how does that make your product look in regards to how much support a customer would need to run the software successfully?

This software is worth every cent! We have used Modernbill and all the others but this billing system is incredibly fast, bug free and powerful. I think anyone who is serious with their billing dept should consider this script/system because its like the Mercedes of billing software. Nothing comes close... except for Ubersmith but that cost $99/mo to use... :D


Infact a host on this board is using this system with over 25,000 hosting accounts ;)

I tried their demo on the web site and it doesnt compare to modernbill. What made you switch from MB to WHN? Any specific reasons?

BTW: Just to add that the demo on our website does not show some of the new features in our latest version. I am unable to update our demo until I get back to Anchorage

It looks like that from above but when you actually use and configure it, the program saves so much time with its automation and speed which no system I know of can compare to it... except for mid $5-10K billing systems.

Do you know any hosting companies using Modernbill with over 10,000 accounts?
