With the words "unmetered" all over the place (which is the same as unlimited). I would say no, as there is no such thing as an unlimited hard drive or an unlimited connection.

It seems that you are only looking for unlimited space/bandwidth and doesn't matter about reliable hosting.
Go ahead and try it so you can find it for yourself.

My first piece of advice would be to stay away from "Master Reseller" accounts.
My second piece of advice is to stay away from "unlimited" or "unmetered" reseller accounts.
My third piece of advice is to go with a company that has a solid history and reputation.

If they are offering master reseller plans at those prices I would definitely say their servers are most likely overloaded.

All reseller servers will be over loaded only, can any one who serves in this reseller hosting can provide the server load for a month here ?
It is their business and for the amount that is the best they can offer.
Only thing is to select a reliable company in the list of reseller hosting companies

Dear , please dont use unmetered or any like service because unmetered is not real. Try a better service like hostgator , dmehosting and tmzhosting services.

so if a master reseller sells 300 accounts and they all use 5 gigs of space each, you will be able to handle 1.5TB hard drive for that $10/month? Lets say the 5 gigs are going towards hosting content
I mean I would understand some people selling it on shared accounts because a person can only do so much but on a reseller..and alpha master reseller which would be even crazier and super overselling imo

that's what i was going on about, where is the profit? how would you stay in business? You can't honestly tell me you are willing to suffer huge losses for this.

The space would have to be provided. As long as there was no breaking of the TOS.

I call BS, I'm willing to bet they don't even have 1500gb available to any of their servers - and I'm absolutely sure they're not going to let you use 1500gb without you "somehow" violating some provision of their Terms of Service.

Indeed. Considering the issues with most 1TB+ drives lately, it would be difficult to provision any one server with more than a 1TB and ensure the safety of client data.
The whole idea of master/alpha reseller plans is a joke anyways. You know it's a bad idea when even cPanel themselves won't consider it :D

We have thought of changing from Cpanel in the near future. We understand the concerns listed. If anyone has suggestions of a control panel we are here to listen.

The concern isn't about the control panel, but rather how, without proper planning and significant resources (at least hundreds of thousands of $$), your business is likely to collapse under it's own weight.

Appreciate the advice. Changes have and are being made to our Unmetered plans. We will no longer be selling Unmetered plans. Overselling has slowly became a bigger concern of ours due to the abuse the server has taken from it and the concerns of you guys.
We appreciate the comments and hope to advance in a more proper planned hosting environment.
