Some way in the internet ,I came accross this phrase ,ISP hosted account...What does this mean actually?

i'd assume it would mean that your Internet Service Provider is also your webhost???

Most ISPs provide you with 10MB. This is really fast, reliable space with FTP and no ads. No languages are supported, though

My ISP has PHP and Perl installed, you can not run CGI-bin scripts without requesting it be activated though.

so I am sure all ISPs are different in what they offer as their value added service of FTP/web space.
