Database
FTP
Vbulletin Licence.
The first owner sold the site for $800. Then the second owner sold for $400.

What are the monthly cost for hosting etc? Does the site have a monthly revenue?

Erhm, Hosting is actually around $109 a month but that's on the same host as fagex.net [same owner]
But, It wolden't need powerfull hosting. I suspect a VPS or semi-dedicated would do the trick.
Monthly revenue, Not alot. We've got ads but as soon as i get the site they are gone. i have no idea how much they make but i do know it's not alot. We do get donations for ranks [we run a Runescape Private Server]
I suspect aroudn $20 a month not a great deal. Although after i'm done i hope it to be a lot more.

If you are asking in order to make an offer, then I think judging by prior sales you should end up at about $400. So offer less than that to begin with.

Yeah. Although i must say in this instant i think it's pretty much spot on. The previous owner sold for $400 and he knew a lot more about trading domains etc.
