Is BURST down or one or more networks? Anyone know?

Just to clarify my question. I am trying to load different sites from different companies which are in the BURST datacenter and I have not been able to access these sites. Are BURST having any issues or is some fiber down somewhere along the line? Anyone else experiencing this phenomenon?

My buddies server is at BURST and its up and online :)
