A reseller account with a domain registrar is the most common way to sell domains. Alternatively you can always become a registrar yourself - see http://www.icann.org/en/registrars/accreditation.htm

I suppose that you are talking here about your own domain names?

Looks like you are new to this.
If you want to sell domains without getting a reseller account or ICANN Accredition, which are the only methods, you are screwing yourself up.
If you want to be a registrars yourself, get an ICANN Accredition straight, and waste thousands of dollars feeding ICANN(you must have USD$75,000 before getting accredition) , get yourself in all sorts of trouble in the accredition road, getting the hassle to hire a developer for your own API, having no idea what to do, totally screwing yourself up, ICANN Accredition is the way to go.
If you are smart enough, get yourself a domain reseller account from a reputable domain reselling registrar like NetEarthOne, eNom, ResellerClub instead and walk your way through from there, with a smooth road along the way.
Before all these, I suppose you should do your homework first, and do it carefully, wisely, which may takes at least 2 months to get to the basics, then 4-12 months to actually learn what does 'I', 'N', 'T', 'E', 'R', 'N', 'E', 'T' stand for.
You can sell your domains at Sedo.com. The biggest domain marketplace. Next you might try Afternic.com and GoDaddy Auctions.
