Yes, colo from OVH. For Hardware failure, that depend of Server type. Actualy, no failure for Dell Rack. And 1 failure Hard Disk on Generic Rack.
We have an legal con. OVH repaid this failure with spare dedicated for GD-VirtualHost. (15min to 30min Max)
