I'm really not sure. I've been offered Virtual and Reseller hosting plans. What's the difference between the two? I need to know what I have to do myself with Reseller accounts etc. as i'm only used to virtual. With Reseller accounts, do I have to install things etc.?

With Reseller accounts, do I have to install things etc.? No, you won't. Specific differences between what a given host is selling as "virtual" and "reseller," as well as specific features of each, will vary with each host. But generally, a reseller account either allows you to resell the host's packages or, in the case of "bulk reselling" lets you subdivide your account between different subaccounts suitable for reselling.
But some people use "reseller accounts" even if they aren't going to actually resell anything, because they can be cheaper -- if you're going to operate more than one site -- than "regular" individual accounts... and sometimes offer additional features like privately-branded namservers, etc.
Again, you'll have to get details of each type of plan from the host you're considering; or drop their name here and somebody can probably go into more detail.
Ok thanks JayC, gives me a bigger insight on what exactly a reseller account is! So I understand I could go with a reseller; as I am needing to host two separate domain names, one for my forum, one for my site. Separate things...
