Look, most free host suck. (heck, some paid ones do too) Hosts that allow databases and support email must suck even more.
What you probably want is called "sponsored" hosting.
and to get that, you must post in the request forums.
Be prepared to give the URL of your current site, and description of it, to help your cause. Sometimes, a host may have a "weak spot" for your type of site. You never know.
