i upgraded apache yesterday and since then i am getting errors like:
System Integrity checking detected a modified system file
The following list of files have FAILED the md5sum comparision test. This means that the file has been changed in some way. This could be a result of an OS update or application upgrade. If the change is unexpected it should be investigated:
and other things like suspicious processes running by dbus and haldeamon (something like that)
does this email never end? i have already restarted all the processes in the "Restart services" in WHM and even did a graceful reboot but i am still getting those notices
are these email notices forever? how would i knoe if the server is really compromised if im still receiving this emails until today where in fact apache upgrade was made yesterday

I wouldn't worry to much as the sum checker should be failing. If your getting alerts from Lfd try reinstalling it or restarting it.
