Hi there,
One of my clients tried transfering their .co.cc domain using WHMCS, but it didn't work so i said i'll do it but it gives me the error "Module Error: Sorry but that URL is invalid" or something similar, this is when i try and create the account through WHMCS. Does WHMCS not support .co.cc domains or something?
Another problem i'm faced with, WHMCS isn't automatically creating the accounts for some weird reason but it was doing it fine the other day, can anyone suggest why?
My third problem is that in the Domain configuration menu you can select TLDs.. but none appear in my bow, anyone know why?
If someone can help that would be great, i'm going to contact WHMCS now as well but their support takes ages to get back to me for some reason.
Thanks in advance.

CO.cc >> co is the Real Domain and .cc is the TLD Extension.
So anything.co.cc is just a Subdomain. Co.cc are free domains of what i know and cannot be transferred
correct me if am wrong

You were certainly right, although .co.cc domains have a free DNS management feature so users can register the sub-domains for free and transfer them to a host.
This problem has now (i believe) been solved.
Thank you for your post.

If there was a billing system up to WHMCS's standards i'd definately go with that if they had a better support team (which can't be hard).
WHMCS
------
Script: 10/10
Support: 2/10
What a joke. Just received a reply from my earlier support request and that was only saying "contact cpanel".
This is about 3 times i've suffered from support request answered about 9 hours later. Just thought i'd give you my review of their poor support.

Never hard a problem with whmcs support. If it is a issue with cPanel or say when registering or updating a domain, and it's related to a domain registrar, they will simply tell you to contact them. If it's a issue or a error in their script, they will help you work around it and fix it in the next release. I've have great experiences with the WHMCS team and their script is fantastic as you already pointed out :)

Maybe they're going through a bad patch with their support or it's busy as hell, but for the last 3 times it's been awful, i hope they provide better support in the future - not as if i've really got a choice to go with them at the moment!
Thanks for the heads up!
