but now they are offline and software is not more secure.
have you alternative url for buying live support script and hosting on own server?
dont want to buy montly like on providesupport.com
but this support script is nice :)

wow, i installed livezilla very easy and it is realy the best and this for 0 euro.
phplivesupport.com was difficult to install and windows client also realy bad...

you have Help Desk Software Kayako SupportSuite. With a live help and ticket, knoledge base.

We went a different route and just offer a public Campfire (www.campfirenow.com) chat room to our customers, staffed by our team throughout the day.
At first, companies instinctively knee-jerk away from handling support like IRC, but the peer-pressure does keep a lot of clients from monopolizing your time when other people are sitting there waiting.
And you have the added benefit, at times, of customers helping eachother in real-time.
It's something to consider, but I'd completely understand if you want something one-to-one anyway. ;)

I haven't used livezilla yet but i have heard alot of good reviews about it and its also absolutely free.
But i used to use kayako support suite. Though it is a paid software but it is really very nice.

Have to agree here, they deliver a good service, more as happy to use them as well. Sure its not free, but not expensive either.

Kayako SupportSuite is excellent for live chat support. :)

Another vote for Kayako's live chat here also.

I use mibbit to connect them to my IRC channel.
It's useful because it's completely scriptable (I can configure mIRC to bug me when a customer joins, as well as other people being able to help people.
