It looks like its on a "FREE UNMETERED 10MBPS BANDWIDTH"

Well yes it does.. but 10mbps unmetered banwidth can at times be a measure of data throughput and not always relay the 'connectivity'.
Saying "10mbps unmetered bandwidth" is just another way of saying 3,300TB of data transfer..
So, my question still stands...

I need a server to host a website that uses around 5000GB data transfer/month.
Is this server with "10mbps unmetered bandwidth" OK for what I need?

The server does indeed include a 10mbps unmetered connection - it is 10mbps, not 100mbps.
That said, you can upgrade to 100mbps for $5 monthly, and then it would include 2000GB of metered bandwidth.
fernandodl: If you're using 5000GB of data transfer per month, 10mbps unmetered would not provide enough capacity. You may want to look into our metered bandwidth at a 100mbps speed.

Asterisk is fairly common among our VoIP clients - no issues there. I do not personally know too much about predictive dialers, but as long as it abides by our TOS and AUP as well as relevant laws, there should not be a problem.
