Domain Registrar Error
Error Code: 411 - Field incorrectly formatted | user.phone ...
You have to have 1 number area code then your phone number. Looks like I have to edit nearly every client's profile because 90% of them don't enter it correctly.
An Error Occured
Error Code: 412 - Value not unique | user.username
The username is the clients first and last name limited to 15 characters. Turns out a lot of my clients names has already been assigned to other users.

Finally just cannot register a domain.
Help please!!! I would fix this stuff myself but the module file is encrypted.

Perhaps you should consider another domain program then. If they aren't willing to help you with this, what do you expect from them in the future as you do business with them, PlanetDomain that is?

Incorrect phone numbers is always a problem, I suggest to use a regular expression to "map" them to the format planet domain wants.
Regarding the username, how about a unique pre- or post fix which is a short for your company, e.g. cev_username

Yes that's what I was thinking but I can't edit the module as its encrypted!!!
