How to get a home page with news, and a directory on part of the side, much like the homepage of bricksinmotion.com
How to get pretty much any of the mods used on bricksinmotion.com, or brickfilms.com, and integrate them with phpbb3, or punbb.

Do you really think you can just come here and say "how do I do it?" and expect somebody to be able to tell you exactly what you need to do to end up at your end result?
If it were that simple - web design firms wouldn't make any money. Go to the library and borrow some books on web design, HTML, and CSS or pay a designer to do the work for you.
There's no turn-key easy way to do what you're asking.

I would have to agree with MikeDVB on that, if you don’t know how to create a webpage then the easiest way is to pay someone to do it for you..
