I am thinking about a Quidco type site for merchants to register with and allow customers to register and receive a discount for buying through my site from the merchant. I have a very niche market in mind. I have looked at several affiliate scripts such as Affiliate Pro, Affiliate Power pro etc but I have not found anything that will do the job. Any recommendations?

Hi there is a great site for scrpits called templatep2p.com they offer all sorts from templates to scripts etc. They are an invite only site for the majority of the time, but they do have open registry days/weeks.
