All I can say is dedicated server. I don't know of any reseller who's going to give you complete control of the box plus some for reseller type fees.

Hopefully we will see some reseller offers at those specs. But at the moment, perhaps the only solution is to look for a dedicated.

Hopefully, NOT! Those spec are dedicated specs and dedicated only. If any reseller were to even come close to offering that on an account they would be a massive overseller. Just think, if there were even only 10 accounts on the box and they could host unlimited accounts and they oversold what was oversold to them, can you imagine how the server would perform?
Those kind of specs are going to cost you some money. Bandwidth is expensive and no one's going to give it to you for $50, $60, or even $100/month.

When 150~500tb drives become mainstream your requirements may match your likely very small budget. Until then keep in mind the average HDD in a server is a maximum of 1tb and let's say they have 4 drives in there and they're running Raid10 that means they only have 2tb total to the server available.
You could argue that perhaps a host has clustered or remote storage available which is possible but it's not going to be cheap either.

Maybe you could find such, if you're ready to pay a few hundred dollars for it. The cheaper it goes, the more oversold it is, meaning the less the host expects you to actually use.
Like the others have said, if you actually plan on using this much, you're better off looking for a powerful dedicated server (to give your self some chances to able to push 10TB).

yeah a host would be paying 200+ a month for that amount of space and last i checked for a reccomended server to house 1gb its 10 thousand dollars to purchase and send to a datacenter * thats me including the custom rack and single cooling vent im getting*
now if you would like to get that reseller from my dedi you only have to give me 200-300 a month to break even? XD

On a serious note, if you really need that much space and you're asking for it to be a "reseller" package instead of a dedicated server or some sort of a cluster, you're pretty silly :)
If you really don't understand/have no clue how much space you need, may I recommend something like 15GB Space / 150GB bandwidth. Those seem like more reasonable startup requests then what your asking for.
