Anyone has a problem when signup reseller with resell.biz ? I try to register a few times, but my reseller account is not approved until now. The problem that we have more than 3000 domains under other reseller stargate, Right now I have a problem to contact our parent reseller. A lot of domain pending renew right now .... That's why I want to become direct reseller from resell.biz.

Stargate was sold to resell.biz in October 2007. You should be able just to keep using your Stargate login thru the resell.biz interface. Resell.biz is owned by us2.net.

The problem that I only have an option to refill my reseller through money transfer to parent reseller, and now I have a problem to contact them. That's why better for us to become direct reseller with stargate than with my parent reseller.

I have funds in my account, but have some renew orders stuck
on my account. My username is alengua@virtualorbis.com
I sent and email to support, however according to my previous experiences it will take days to get a response.
