You could just post up advertisements in the WHT offers section. Maybe you could try Google Adsense or put up a banner advertisement at WHT.

You need to advertise where your targeted audience is present at. Find out where those individuals spend their time, and you find out where you need to advertise.

I also have trouble knowing where to advertise. My main audience would be web masters and people as such. But I also want to sell to small business's and individuals.
I also think that advertising to students in the UK would be good since here we have alot of people studying computer science and web design but they have no where to host their sites and so forth.

Perhaps you should look into purchasing stickies at WHT.

Take a bit of time to research the websites your customer base are normally visiting. Out of all of those websites, check which ones sell advertising spaces, and go with the ones that fit within your marketing budget. :)

Just a piece of note, advertise at the market you are targetting. (eg. Advertise @ WHT only if you are targetting WebMasters, as majority of us here(especially active ones) aren't those looking for simple small shared hosting plans, but VPS or Dedicated Servers)
