Now i have lunched my new website for File Hosting. but i have question and till now did not find the right answer.
As we all know that File hosting = Dedicated Server = Huge Bandwidth and traffic
So How come that i visits some File hosting site and see something like this

And many other File hosting sites offered money to the ppl who download files from the server ? how they pay for who used bandwidth when we all know that traffic equal more money for the site owner ?????
How can upload and download = Earn money for who did this?

I once developed a file upload site for a client. He monetized it with Adbrite. When more and more people start uploading files, more and more people start visiting the site. When they say 10000, they need that 10000 downloads to be from different ips. More visitors == increased ad revenue.
Also as the number of uploaded files increases, the chances of users upgrading to premium account also increases.

It has payed me more than 50$
I have seen it growing from Alexa Ranking of 1,000,000 to presently 213 :)
They are earning alot from Ads

So this is the only reason !!! Marketing Side and Earning from Ads and Traffic .....................

It's interesting if it's advertising that brings more money or premium accounts? Obviously more people will click ads than pay money for downloads but on the other hand premium payments are higher than PPC payments. Anybody has statistics?
