I was trying to setup an domain reseller account, while I came across many people recommending enom, while few of them recommending Directi.
Does anyone here have experience with Directi reseller account? Is it better than enom?
Which one is recommended to sell domain names to end user clients?

I've used both, both seem to do the same things ;). I don't know. I guess enom is better.

Thanks but I believe directi offer more cheap domains for their resellers as compared to enom?

Rekatively. By the way, both structures are complexes.
I choose directi always, but suggest you netearthone.
If you need other options: srsplus.com, is more costly but good too.

I also recommend netearthone. Uses the same interface as directi, but has better slabs and better pricing and personalized support.

I think Enom is better! However I am not sure if my answer is correct!
rc and enom both are up there.. their systems are equally good depending in what sort of interface you would prefer, they basically offer most of the functionality..
Netearthone uses the same system as Resellerclub they are a logicboxes partner.. i agree about their support being personalized and stuff, but thats only cause they are a smaller registrar than enom and resellerclub.. once they grow as large, things could be different..
Personally I prefer eNom, who are the largest reseller registrar. They have a much easier control panel than any LogicBoxes registrar, imho. They are slightly higher cost though. I'd recommend www.domainsmarty.com/resellers.php. They're a reputable eNom ETP.

Hi vMOT,
I think I can safely say, over my dead body... The reason we became an ICANN registrar was because of the poor support out there for resellers..
If anyone has a problem, my email address is always open. If you talk to one of our support or sales staff and still have not ben sorted out, then I will personally sort out the matter.
Yes we are still small, but like an acorn growing to a great oak, slow and steady is best.
