If anyone is interested in splitting a rack at HE.net with me, send me a PM. I'm getting a decent deal, i just don't need a full 42U and won't get the same pricing for less than a cabinet.
cheers

I live near the Fremont's facility. What are the prices? Can you give me the full details? Thanks. RobTheGolfer 09-16-2002, 08:23 PM I am interested in sharing the cabinet. How much monthly are we looking at here? clockwork 09-16-2002, 08:43 PM Also.. might be able to get a very similar deal in XO Communications. Which might be better than He.net, for those of you I PM'd - it'd be pretty much the same deal. The benefit of going with XO is that I know quite a few people who frequent there. clockwork 09-16-2002, 08:46 PM Also... let me know how much bandwidth you need. I was quoted for 1mbit, but that probably only applies to me. I'm not making any money on this, I just can't afford (or need!) a full cabinet at this point... I can get competitive offers through the sales guy I have been talking to, cheaper to order more bandwidth up front. clockwork 09-16-2002, 08:56 PM Hmm, I thought the "Dedicated Hosting Forum" was the right place to post this, guess not. Oh well :) cbaker17 09-16-2002, 09:53 PM xo's financial situation sucks, if you decide to colocate there i wouldnt expect to be online for too long. clockwork 09-16-2002, 10:08 PM Originally posted by cbaker17 xo's financial situation sucks, if you decide to colocate there i wouldnt expect to be online for too long. That bad? Seems as if all the big players (publically owned) are having trouble lately. johnallen 09-17-2002, 01:38 PM yeah really.. It's like who isn't going bankrupt? |
