Hi
My question is how do dedicated hosts offer server with widows 2003 server license for so less expensive rate. 2003 server license cost high. Is it because they use pirate software?

Not really, We use MS Volume Licencing depending on how many you have it works out around £5GBP/month for a win2k3 server licence.

@champka: Its called SPLA (Service Provider's Licensing Agreement) as offered by Microsoft. Google for SPLA or go to Microsoft's website and sign-up for it. Under SPLA, you 'lease' the license.
