The winner receives a layered, editable file with all the fonts used.
A html page with properly sliced images, style sheet and mouseovers.
You will have full rights to the design, it will not be resold and you can resell it if you wish.

StartAnISP, no I think your getting a very good deal... no need to start feeling insulted in anyway.

I just think his work is good, and next time he sells a template he should start it higher.

And I would bid, but I'm happy with the design I have thank you very much :)

The reason I start so low is that if its worth it it will get a higher price in the end :)
