Just because you don't get a response right away doesn't mean they are not doing anything. It takes a bit of time to go over thousands and thousands of abuse emails.

I'm not clicking on those links, but if they are the links to the actual child porn sites, how about you remove them please, as we do not need to see those links. Notify RackShack and let them handle it. I'm pretty sure that they would not allow this to happen if they were fully aware of it. And if you think that RS is ignoring you via email, call them, they have phone numbers listed on their site...

so, basically you just spammed a little bit more for these sites because you didn't hear back from rackshack?

good call!

For anyone who is curious about the site I wouldn't even click the link.

From a recent wired article:

As one FBI agent put it, "Even my friends can't believe there's a federal offense that's so easy to commit. One click, you're guilty."

It's not the matter between click or not click. Whether click it or not, it's up to you. Now, it's the matter child porn, I really hate people to run child porn site. The childern are totally don't know nothing and they become their tools to earn money. I just don't know why some people like child porn

I hope someone will take of that and close down the site as soon as possible.

This is just me, but if those links are child porn links then this is a violation of RackShack's TOS (any LINK to a pornagraphic site). I would suggest that a mod just go ahead and remove those links (no importance of having them here).

I know RackShack will get to the bottom of this. Period.

Yeah as I said in my first post here, get rid of those links. We don't need to be exposed to those, so just take them down.

The first link leads to a page of text in a non-western script with a few dozen links. The first of those does indeed lead to a page with pictures of children... but if they constitute pornography, someone is using a very warped definition. (I didn't follow any other links -- maybe other pages have more sensitive material.)

As for committing a crime by looking at this... I live in a jurisdiction which is somewhat more enlightened than the US.

I think it's totally gross that you posted links that lead to Child Pornography. Exploiting children like that is not cool.

Csoves. you realize that's not the first poster's site (or maybe it is)? so, while they're not really exploiting the children himself, they're inadvertantly helping them spread their crap.

i think the first poster is trying more to attack rackshack, but, just going about it a horribly bad way.

[/B]there are no more pictures besides the non-porn ones in the first few pages. i.e., there is not even a pornography site, let alone child porn. they're just trying to use "porn" to get referrals in their pyramid schemes. they require u to sign up with various sites using their referral id...

Well that's just bloody great. I read the first two posts and clicked on the link in order to determine if it should be removed. Clicked on the first link and while it didn't show naked kids, it was close enough that it wasn't needed in the post. If they haul me off, I'll need some defense witnesses :bawling:

And yes... we have jobs. I don't do this full time 24/7.

Title 18, Part I, Chapter 110, Sec. 2252A (d):
It shall be an affirmative defense to a charge of violating subsection (a)(5) that the defendant -

(1) possessed less than three images of child pornography; and

(2) promptly and in good faith, and without retaining or allowing any person, other than a law enforcement agency, to access any image or copy thereof -

(A) took reasonable steps to destroy each such image; or

(B) reported the matter to a law enforcement agency and afforded that agency access to each such image

I'm sure the "less than three images" would be amended by the courts to "one group of co-distributed images" or suchlike as soon as anyone bothered to question it.

So you don't need to worry anyway.

whatever... chicken, i think it's a wise call to go ahead and remove this thread in its entirety. You have my vote. And if you need legal representation (unlikely), you may contact myself. :)

There's no longer a use for this thread, and it's just sad to look at. I'm even sad to even be posting here to make this bump up again (but feel the need to say 'just remove it') THIS HAS LITTLE to do with Rackshack.

On a side note, thank you Chicken for removing the links. It was just eerie having them there.

Well I removed the RS flame bit at the end, as that wasn't needed to make the point. I don't know why a thread was posted about this (seems like just a cheap shot). if the abuse dept. deemed it a non-issue, then so be it. I don't think any images are served from the RS network.

I'll leave this as you know how people start posting about RS conspiracy theories if we remove an RS related thread, WHT cartel, etc.
