I agree, its abit clustered, FAR too much infomation.
Also i think you should move the nav bar from the top to possibly the side, or maybe have a rollover nav bar at the top. I think that it has too many buttons at the moment.

Also what is

You page is cluttered because of the excess information on your main page, This is your main page remember you are using it to keep people interested in reading more they do not want to be, consumed by "TEXT" right off the bat. Consider, who the people are that will be going to your site, & will they be reading most of the information. Avg: people will just want to know if it is going to be fast & is the price right

Once they have established this then they will start to read the details.

The basic design premise:
I do not think when I first look at your site it says web hosting to me. The pictures at the top hold no relevance to web-hosting.
