I am in search of a php programmer to fullfil a not to difficult task.
I need a php script, or order form. It's actually an online loan application I need developed in php. It should be multi paged, ex: 4 steps. And on the last page, when submitted, it will email the ruslts to the desired email address in a "formlike" format. So when I check the email, it appears to be a form, not field reults like typical from formail.php. It should appear to be a form in terms of the way it looks in html or what not when it arrives in the email.
So a breakdown:
A multi paged form, that combines all results and submits them to an email address in an attractive html format that is easy to read. I rpefer the scripting language to be php. Please send an email to bhickman@okgonow.com with price quotes, questions, or ideas.
