Sbc-services.com are scams.. they purchased a web hosting template off me and paid via google checkout. Their paypal account had restrictions on it because they are frauds, so they weren't able to pay me via paypal. So I signed up for google checkout, not knowing I couldn't transfer the money to my paypal account.. So today I decided to ask them if their paypal account was fixed "aiden11" - WHT username told me yes it was fixed and to refund the money from my google checkout account and that he would send it back to me via paypal right away. Been over a hour now and still no payment.
I was also hosted with them previously and didn't like their services, and wanted a refund (since they have a refund guarantee policy).. But they told me "They decide who gets their refunds or not"
I should of never gave them a second chance and sold them anything!!

Lesson learned, never do business with them or people like them again, and move on. Always be weary of giving someone a second chance.

You can always contact their datacenter/dedicated provider and tell them the template they're using was never paid for.

Why not give someone a second chance? You don't believe in second chances? I'm sure someone has given you a second chance once.

Well, look what happens when I gave them a second chance. Been about 2-3 days now and still no payment :( . I'm actually very surprised he hasn't hijacked this thread yet.

Well your situation is unique. That said, it seems that you were aware of how they conducted their business, so you should have been more diligent in dealing with them. Hence the reason why I said that.
You should chalk this up as a learning experience. It happens to everyone, unfortunately.

Yeah, deff learned from my mistakes.

It's very funny, their live chat hasn't be online since. I'm assuming his customer service is horrible. Is he a 1 man show because every time I've used his chat, which was multiply times it was him who answered.

Whats bad about a 1 man show? As long as he get his work done right i dont see why that would be a problem? I seen many host as 1 man show and do just fine.
Sorry to hear about you getting rip off.. I don't use google checkout...

I already paid this person for the template not one time but 2 times.
The other thing is that this user has never been our hosting customer but it is making up stories just to destroy our reputation.
He sold the template to us and promised not to sell to anyone else.
We found out that the same template has been sold to few other users on this forum and on DP.
The other thing is, the coments made by the WHT users about this issue.
I can assure you that this person has been paid for the template so please listen to both sites before you make ur coments.

You're using a sweeping generalization that isn't necessary. Not everyone had the intention of making you look bad.
