I am looking for any sort of hosting that will provide me with the ability to send an unlimited number of emails a month, with no hourly cut off or anything like that. The reason being is that I am setting up a large email newsletter service, and my current provider only allows 500 emails a day. I will not be using this for spam mass mailings, which you can verify.
For space, not much is needed - 1 GB probably. Bandwidth is hard to tell until the service starts up and I can get an idea for what it uses. My script runs on PHP/MySQL, so as far as technical requirements that is all I need. Preferably cPanel, since that is what I am used to, but that is not a big deal.
Like I said, pretty basic stuff, the only catcher is the unlimited emails. <<snipped>>

I would look at a VPS honestly for that capacity and get away from the shared hosting. As long as you aren't getting complaints from a bad list most providers will let you send all you need out of your own VPS or dedicated Server.
