Are there any good support ticketing systems that people can recommend? Im in need of something that can somehow let my existing customers login with out having to make a new account.
(User authentication)
Atm I have osTicket, which is good but it has noway of letting my customers login with their existing web hosting accounts.
Also I would prefer it to be free.
Thanks

support trio from activecampaign. They also have a fully featured free version you can use.

Kayako SupportSuite has been doing the job for us and has never stopped or had any issues at all!

Take a look at WHMCS. It's a billing system which has it's own ticket system. You could also integrate Kayako SupportSuite with it.

Kayako/WHMCS. Both are pay p/month. They are both very secure, and are used by large companies.

The built-in WHMCS ticket system is pretty good. Kayako is also good.

Kayako, Cerberus or as others suggested WHMCS's built in system.

Perldesk was one of the favorite of web hosting company until it was completely free. But, still I am one of the Perldesk user and lover :)

you say you dont want your customers to have to log in again, so what billing system are you working with?
If you have not yet purchased a billing system then i recomend that you have a serious look at AWBS (http://www.awbs.com).
Kayako is ok, as long as you dont mind paying for it, most billing systems have some sort of a support system included

You can also look at ubersmith.

After messing around for a while with ubersmith/whmcs/kayako I have to say that having a standalone ticketing system rather than using an inbuilt ticketing system is a much saner choice. Kayako has a number of very useful features that ubersmith / whmcs at least don't come near. That of course said kaykao isn't a billing system and ubersmith/whmcs both do that job very well

Kayako is great. WHMCS ticket system is great however as well. I like having the ticket system and billing system all tied together as well as WHMCS.

These aren't free, but well worth every penny.
Check WHMCS(Billing and tickets), and Kayako(Tickets ONLY).

Regards,
You really don't want to be calling either of these 'very secure'.
WHMCS:
There have been many, many security holes that have been supposedly 'patched' in the past year. We're only to take Matt's word for it, but it doesn't scream 'very secure'.
Kayako:
Kayako stores passwords in two separate fields, one md5 and one cleartext , which is a VERY insecure way to do things. All I have to do is grab the database, look for the right field and bam, I know your password. This isn't even close to secure.
