i am looking to list my spirit of my company,
and i hope i can insert my spirit of my company into my logo,
and let my others easy to member and agree me.
i feel this is not easy to do.
could you show your logo and name and spirit ?
or could you give me some suggestion ?

mate, I'd try a post on the logo contest threads. You can put up a contest with a small amount of funds (maybe as low as $10, but you will get more and better entries if you make it higher). Then designers design you logos and you pick the one you like best. Even if you don't get one you love the first time, it might give you ideas, and it doesn't cost bank. Google logo contest forum to find one.
You could also search "logo" at images.google.com to get ideas for free...
