I went kayaking with a group yesterday for the morning. Today I'm sore everywhere, even places I wouldn't expect like the abdomen. Too bad I have to drive an hour to get to the beach. :(

What does everyone here do to stay in shape? Or are some of you fat blobs sitting in front of a screen?

Im 6'2 and 205. Not built by any aspects, nor am I what people say "cut". I am as I like to call it "Healthy", im in decent shape. And do workout on a Weider Total Body Works machine, twice a week for fifteen minutes. Its actually a fun peice of equipment to use, you slide up and down pulling ropes, keeps me healthy, and I couldnt ask for anymore.

I lift weights for an hour 6 days a week (3 day split) and do cardio on the elliptical machine for 30-40 minutes 4 days a week. I swear that machine was invented by satan. Sometimes I punch bag for 20-30 minutes if I need to de-stress. I'm not "built" by any means, but at 6'6" and 225lbs I'm in decent shape.

Interesting thread btw :)

Exercise. ha! You mean walking from my bed to the computer in the other room isn't exercise?????

I am 5' 6" and am not in decent shape, but actually I am trying to walk in the evenings now. It really helps to clear my head and I sleep better at night.

I do a couple of rounds on my punch bag every morning, and play quite a bit of golf which involves lots of walking. I do lots of hiking and other sports which keep me fit but I do love my food and am 5'11'' and weigh 17.5 stone.
