Hey guys.........

To those of you are using PaySystems.com ( Revecom's Partner ), You are LOOSING IN BUSINESS !!!

They are having problems with their processing system. We are having 5-6 customers on the phone and asking why we cannot complete our order, so we called paysystems.com and they say we have a problem. and they don't have any idea when it's gonna be resolved.

LOST in Business:

- declined : 202 : The gateway is not available
- declined : 303 : Communication error

Well I just spent $15 buying something from myself using PaySystems.
Now I have to go give me a refund. :(

I would say it's not a problem for everyone then.

Just had 3 new clients contact me and saying they couldn't use the Paysytems.com order system. I asked them to retry and 2 have come through alright in the last 15 minutes or so. Looks like a temporary glitch or something.

BTW, has anyone noticed that when you access the Paysystems.com page, you actually get all the info etc. Before you got some splash page saying they only do business through their resellers. Now they're dealing direct with the public, it seems. Ouch for Revecom.

well I've personally always thought they were one and the same myself. I've been on their backs for over a year regarding that whole reseller thing with little to no response.

Even now their partner program control panel is in pieces, and has been for a long time now.

Seems there's a lot going on behind the scenes there at the moment so I expect a few glitches. Losing signups is never a whole lot of fun though. I'd be pretty angry if we'd just started out and came across that

very Funny !!!!

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '***a**ad'

ActiveX component can't create object: 'PagoMultipayTICOMS.PagoMultipay2'

/cgi-v***/payment/incl/gate**_incl.asp, line 61

This is the error message the new visitors to my web site are getting while inputting their card's info. !

6 clients so far !!!

They are just excellent in deducting money from your account for transaction fees and discount rate !

I better look for someone else from today !!!

We posted to our forum about this 3 days ago, believeing the problems were just with our account. So it's possible then that some might missed orders or not had recurring payments processed for a few days now.

I still like these people but have seen problems with them too. It was not like you have had but with fraudulant orders.

It's funny, the minute we stopped using them for our transactions and started with our own merchant account, we never had the fraudulant orders like we had with them..

The order were almost always using some chineese or japaneese domain name when looking at the orde domain. I just have always wondered why they stopped when we quit using them. These transactions will dollar you to death too..

Maybe the fraudsters were scanning internet looking for hosts using them, I dunno?

We only had a glitch this morning [Aussie time]. No problems with recurring payments, so far. Maybe a problem for a batch of their clients doesn't neccessarily mean others will have the same issues?

You wouldn't know though Bob, if someone had placed an order on Friday night and was simply being patient by waiting. The missing recurring payment was only spotted after we then cross-checked everything that was due that night to be rebilled as well which we wouldn't normally have done until this coming Wednesday.

We lodged a ticket and it was answered as promptly as usual, advising the problem was fixed.

Cheers

Why not just use PayPals which is more reliable.

Consumer confidence and security. A lot would consider Paypal to be too gimmicky and unprofessional, and Paypal have been known to lock down accounts that rapidly turn over a lot of money.

Not to say it isn't a good system. We still do use it when necessary, but I wouldn't risk everything on it. It's a good alternative to keep on hand.

Had no problems here for ages. Used to havethat run time error before though - about 3 months ago. Guess we are connected to a different server.

How about recurring billing? Youy say they are missing that too? That would suck big time, cross checking all those? Screw that.

im so sorry you all

This is the game plan i would advise.. get rolling with PayPal for right now and have that be your client's gateway until you get something resolved. Get rid of PaySystems (im sorry, i think this is a wise move... i have a gut feeling it's a 3 man show [revcom/paySystems], but not sure). THEN find another merchant account elsewhere.. i would highly reccomend authorize.net. SECURE, stable and if you find a good reseller, ZERO setup fees.

Pack your bags, learn, and move on. :-/

We're only aware of one each for both problems last Friday Laurence, so I'm hoping they have it sorted now/soon.

My 2 cents. I have been using CardService for a long time and have not had and issues with them. www.cardservice.com. I dont know to much about PaySystems.

One of our customer submited 2 orders via PaySystems. They cannot charge his card for 2nd order (1st is OK) for almost 2 months (4 x 3 = 12 attempts).
The customer uses his card daily a never had such broblems before.

ha ha ha. Last week they finally fixed the bug with Diners Club cards [our customet mail-bombed PaySystems IT dept ] :)
