No offense, but I'm almost to the end of my tether here. My mail system doesn't work again! I can log in and everything, but when people email me, they say it bounces back. No wonder I haven't been getting any mail recently!

Also, I've been asking the bouncer/cgitelnet question everywhere; here, at their forum, in their irc channel, I even emailed alec. WHAT GIVES? I used to get really fast tech support responses with their helpdesk, but their helpdesk is *still* not functional, and it's been way beyond 72 hours :P please, i need an answer and a solution real soon! You guys say you're giving free bandwidth to the people on the other server who've been inconvenienced by your transition. What about us? I'm at amd3, and I've definitely been inconvenienced to the extreme.

Sorry I sound so iffy, but I'm super frustrated. I've been trying to be patient all week, but it's getting harder and harder.

If you want our suggestions, I suggest getting another provider.
Mis-configured daemons should be fixed promptly and if your mail hasn't been working for a while, you've either got it misconfigured on your end (pop3), or its their mailserver.

ok, so now im hoping alec will respond to this post :) i'm still generally ok with edge-host, i mean, i have no current plans of moving, because theyve been pretty impressive until recently.

i just want to know what's up :P and i mean a serious straight reassuring answer.

Um... correct me if I'm wrong but if you have to go post on a public forum to get a responce from your webhost shouldn't that be telling you something? :confused: :confused:

Btw, no, I don't have spam assasin enabled :) It is, in fact, disabled. In all my domains. And now the emailt hing is not the only problem. ALL my domains are inaccessible, as is the edge-host site.

You guys are probably right. I'll take another day or so to make a decision. I'd like to give edge-host another chance to sort things out.
