Is there anyway I can directly transfer my files to my new host from my old one without having to download them, then upload them again? Is so, could someone please do it for me? Ill give u my userna and password if you need it.

rsync can do this between two servers, as long as it's installed and configured. It's probably too involved to explain in a forum, but if you want to email me at sysadmin@mis-outsource.com we could discuss if I can help you do this.

Your new host's support would be the best place to ask.

And - don't be so quick to offer ID and PW here, just ask how it's done. Use telnet and TAR to do the file transfer in one go.
