View Full Version : Outsourced support?

I'm looking into starting a small webhost/design company and would like to outsource tech support to anthor company/group of individuals.

As I mentioned, there will be few clients to start with so I'd prefer a setup where we can pay per client or ticket, as opposed to a flat fee. The company must have a maximum response time and stand by it. Billing questions would not be handled.

Seperatley, I would like to resell or affilate my new web hosting company with a design company. Where we'd offer the service on our site, and the request would be forwarded to you, who would interact with the customer on our behalf. Maybe a setup where you discount me X% off your normal service, I'll mark it up to my customer and everyone has business :).

I would like a similar setup with a programming company who can offer my clients solutions in CGI, PHP, MYSQL, etc, etc.

I'm sure I've left something out, so if you have any questions just ask. I'm open to pretty much any proposals at this point, so feel free to bring anything up.

Syanet,

We currently work with a few companys that are doing something like this.

we could set you up as a reseller of services or as an affilate. There would be as much or little contact as you need. Please check out our site and or reseller pricing and see if that meets your needs.

Most sites really need very little tech support with a server working correctly. So you maybe supprised with what you might need.

Thanks,
David Shue
