What is the cheapest merchant account I can get.

I wanted something like :
$50 - 100 setup
$10 gateway and some $10 statement fee
so totally $20-30 monthly fee
1.75-2.35% transaction fees + 0.10-0.30 $

excepts international customers, or at least from canada.

What do you guys say about charge.com, is it for canada? can't find on site.

and is it ture they charge only :-
$15 gateway and $10 statement monthly fee
2.35% + 0.30 cents per transaction

and nothing more ??

I suggest www.hostcharge.com... it is not a fuly Merchant Account , bt the next best and Cost Effectiove alternative .

But i need my own statement ..

Recurring option is with all the merchant account.
